Please think about sponsoring me just £2. I am ensuring I go through the utmost pain possible to prove to people how much I want to raise money for these two charities. I am willing to run over fire!!!
I aim to do as many km when I can. However over the winter months I am aiming for 12k a week. I did 23.5km in my first week however.
I am comfortable and enjoy anything at around 9/10 miles for my longer runs, and am sure this will build up. I have run half marathons before. I would prefer not to do races as they involve having to pay. I have a sat nav watch I run with that measures me exact distance. I dont mind having to follow footpath signs on a running route.
Hello All Runners,I have been running now for a few years and am really starting to get into my stride. It seems the more I run the more I enjoy it and the quicker I keep getting.I have recently started trail running which I have found has really improved my stamina, plus its so fun! I love having to navigate where I am going.Anyways, this year I am setting myself a challenge to run 1000km. I am doing it to raise money for 2 charites. For anyone that would be interested in keeping up to date with my runs or if you would like to sponsor me - the money goes straight to the charities and is safe. http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/Challenge1000 IHowever my main reason for posting is this. I am trying to keep my runs interesting. Goodwood and Thruxton are kindly letting me run on their motor circuits, I have enquired at the Olympic Stadium to run on the track before the games start (it's worth asking!) and am planning to do a London South Bank run taking in landmarks. I also plan to run in Portugal when I go there on hols in August.Does anyone have any suggestions of any interesting landmarks/places I could run?I live in the South East so around there would be good.Thank you!
