Zoe, very pragmatic and it kinda worked for me in September. I would like to try and run faster this time, hence thinking of proper plan. I have the FIRST programme book now - 3 runs per week, but the're all pretty hard core.

Are you guys now following a specific plan? I'm back after a major lurgy that messed up with my plan to build a base before Xmas. I am looking for some sensible plans, but most ask me to run around 5 x per week, and whilst I'm sure it's fine I'd like to keep my weights and cross training in as well so looking for something with 3 runs per week.
