course I don't mind

...lol was just suprised it was still going (in the nicest sense of the word)...

I've been itching to get running again...but am just waiting for the 'sign off' from the Drs..which should be any day soon...

In the meantime there's always the Wii fit ...LMAO

TBH I only got round to looking the thread up as someone emailed me (I guess after seeing the thread) for some running advice, so I realised you must all still be 'plodding on'., and decided to look it up..

Nice to speak to you XB, and thanks for the congrats x

Will hopefully be around again soon

Cricky, can't believe this thread is still going...lol

just popping in to say 'Hi' ...seems like years (and probably is) since I set this thread going...

Am not running ATM as just had baby # 3 and waiting for my post natal check....seems everyone has seasonal names...so am not sure anyone will 'recognise' me...

Anyway, merry christmas all.....hope to be running again in the new year

Thanks PH.

I'm really ok about it all. I will tell you what's happened off the page. It's just a little private.

... anyhow anything that involves raising two feet off the ground at the same time is running in my book (well, unless it's jumping, of course!)
