Hi - This will be my first Nottingham half having completed the GNR last year....what is the course like? Hilly??
Training not going as well as last year due to being a bit lazy but back on track now so hoping will be ok...Think my problem is I dont eat properly so any tips would be greatly received??
I tend to run early on a morning before le famille get up (only time to myself!!) and generally end up running on an empty stomach or maybe a banana if I have time?? I know this is wrong but I find it hard to eat too early? Any advice?
