Though my tendons that stretches under both my feet starts to hurt (heel spur) when walking too much in hills so i'm not sure if that's the best solution.
Is there anywhere i can find a basic program to strengthen the legs from the knees down?
No, do you think this could work? I will give it a try for sure! I have no problem with walking.
I've been injured in my legs for 3 years now and have been to several different physicists etc but i still can't run without pain.
I have medial tibial stress syndrome in my shins, on the inside and outside (i can walk without problem but if i start running eventually after a some runs the pain will be high).
Heel spur in both feet, the tendons under the soles not the heels themselves.
After a few weeks of running i get an inflammation in both the calves (tendon on the outside).
Anyone have a link to strengthen or fix these problems? I don't mind if it takes a long time i just want to be able to play soccer again.
Edit: Tried rehab, good shoes, insoles formed after my feet, slow build-up of running, shockwave therapy etc.
Did a short individual soccer practice yesterday, got some pain whilst doing it but wasn't so bad a few hours after, i will do my second practice tomorrow (less intense practice).
Btw, i can run 1 km until i get pain.
