The Brecon Beacons was amazing, if I'm still in one piece after the Dragons Back and LL100 I'll be back for some more. I'll be volunteering to marshal if I'm broken though; I loved the event.
Yep, that's me Gav. Final route is out now....looks spot on 50 miles with a little over 4000ft elevation. Really looking forward to it, wish I could get there for Friday evening though - as it is I'm having to drive there in the morning.
Training plans for the Lakeland? I wish I could stick to one, but I've always got to be really flexible towards family, work and injury.
Full circle; I gave it 6 weeks before starting running again. 11 months on and I complete the lakeland 100. you have to be happy with a recovery like that!
I don't really like using bladders as I like to spread the weight around. I'll probably look at getting some sort of filter thing though.
