Yeah its road, well I stupidly went for a swim yesterday morning before I thought I had even seriously done something wrong, it hurt a bit during but after was awful. however it didnt hurt when I cycling back. Will see what the chiriopractor says tomorrow.

Thanks, I did see someone as soon as I had the injury, the women I saw about my stress fracture didn't have any appointments until next tuesday, and when I couldn't move through being in so much pain knew I had to see someone ASAP. I really hope I can still cycle as my bike is my means of transport.

Had to go and see a chiropractor yesterday, I was in so much pain. couldn't even move without being in pain. I was also struggling to breathe without it hurting. The person I sure was so understanding and even knew what it was from looking at my back. He mentioned thoracic back pain, which was why breathing was difficult. It also doesn't help that I have osteoperosis. Couldn't treat it as was too inflammed, told to ice, and rest. having some treatment done tomorrow. can actually move without pain today.

thanks. I've contacted the sports injury specialist I have seen for my stress fracture and IT band problems back in January. jeez it seems that I spent half my training recovering from injuries

I've been doing body pump for around a month or so, and yesterday increased my squat weight to 10kg. Before that was doing 8kg or bit lower. Know its quite a low weight compared to most, but I am quite slight and have little strength. However today have really done something to my right shoulder, back area. its so painful. wondering if I was maybe holding the squat weight wrong? also any idea of how long it will take to heal and if I can still cycle, run? I tried swimming this morning and it was so painful not so much during but after, could barely get changed without crying with pain.
