i wasnt enjoying it in the swim! felt strong on the bike altho could be faster and same with the run!
toying with a hilly Penrith tri at end of the month :S
sooo I done it in 1:29:23. fairly pleased to beat 1:30 but my swimming is atrocious! As said least its a benchmark now to keep beating!
and fully prepared for a last placed finish!
Training's been going ok but cant swim 'properly', I can get by but technique wise it must be horrendous! On the bike isnt too bad and I know I'll be ok on the run (if I get that far!!)
Suppose have to look at it that it's something to beat in my next tri :-/
weird, I tried it again now, done exactly the same as I done before and its worked?
