Knocked 37seconds off my parkrun PB yesterday, just what I needed to put the doubts to bed after my injury. Final decision to man up and go for 3:30! So if anyone else is going for 5min/km then I'll be wearing a green Leeds Uni vest and my numbers 6492.

Also don't know if I've missed this but does anyone know will there be online tracking?

Thanks Johans thats what I was thinking, a confidence booster to get rid of any taper induced doubts! My last PB was the week before Manchester marathon and I'm much fitter now so should be capable of knocking at least a few seconds off!

I'm just planning a parkrun PB followed by an easy hour on Sunday, the work should all be done by then!

Same decision to make here regarding pace, started training for 3:45 pace but surprised myself and my coach on my first few tempos so decided to push for 3:30 just concerned about the effect two weeks off running will have had,
