JR - I am going to gauge it by the first lap, if its not too messy then ill give it a good bash. If the mud is too silly then ill just enjoy it and get round.

I have to go to Amsterdam for a couple of days for work. Kinda hoped to just relax but instead ill have a couple of days ladder training

hey folks, sorry ive not been around a lot ive been fighting, and loosing the battle with a cold. Its been about 7 weeks now and still hasnt shifted.
Oh well im sure its great training for my first marathon of the year in 2 weeks ha ha ha.
Got myself a new headtorch that im eager to try out Its a led lenser seo 7r, 220 lumens of BOSH! The battery wont last that long but its got to be better that not seeing at all!!
