Hi there,

I'm need some biomech analyis and orthotics made, and am considering Foot Factor in the West End (London). They do seem extraordinarily expensive though (£340). I was wondering if anyone has used them before and what their experience has been with the orthotics provided.

Thanks

Garch

Hi Ed, please can you share what paces the RW will be running? Interested to know if there will be a 1.30/6:52 runner.

Hi all,

If anyone has entry to this race that they no longer need I would be happy to take it off your hands!

Thanks

Garch

I thought it was a great race, that wind was tough in places, but i thought the temp with no sun was great to run in.

Really chuffed to have got a 3:08. Pretty much even splits but had a very hard time at 37-40. Managed to pull it together, just.

That's bad news, I'm flying later and assumed they'd be fine . They are only 60 ml after all.. Why did they take them away? Has anyone else got gels through?
