Righty - my boyfriend has just come back from his run and the NipGuards fell off after three miles, they didn't even cover the whole nipple area (areola). So to date, he has tried the following:

Sellotape
Masking tape
Duct Tape!
All manners of tape!
Micropore tape (rubbish suggestion!)
Breast pads (poor bastard! I made him wear them - they're for women!)
NipGuards

All used in conjunction with vaseline, chafe guarding balm stuff etc....

What's next? Superglue? Surgery? Bit extreme but there has got to be something out there that will NOT fall off your nipples?

Surely? Has anyone invented anything like this yet? Perhaps the key is a nipple cover that has suction? (Yet again, sounds like we could be treading on baby/mammary territory again...!)

HELP!!!

Please

Is zinc oxide tape skin friendly? Does it cause rashes?

I read about a bloke that even put superglue on his nipples to prevent chafing!

I wonder if you can buy a second skin plaster that just doesn't come off?

I've ordered the NipGuards and we shall see how that goes!

Micropore tape falls off too. Plasters fall off, duct tape falls off.....any other suggestions?

Is NipGuard the best solution?

Ta!

Awesome, thanks. I have heard of NipGuard, I just never thought of getting it as it seems expensive and they look small (suffer from large areoli!)

I'll give them a go, have bought them now so will see how the chafing goes!

Thanks!

Hi there - are there any other alternatives that are slightly cheaper than using NipGuards? My boyfriend suffers really badly from nipple rub and to the point where he is even using Duct Tape! He has to shave and even that falls off after five miles.

If NipGuard is the solution, are they reusable (silly question I know!) as they seem expensive!

Is it basically a nipple plaster? Does it cover larger nipples?

Please help as I don't want my guy to give up on running altogether, he loves it but doesn't love the pain or the blood..!

Thanks

Pandora
