Simon - I was aiming for 1:45, but haven't been able to get the training in, so probably 1:55 is more realistic.
See you at the start! |

Hi Simon,
I don't know about years ahead - I only did my first 1/2 two years ago. This is a good reasonably challenging, but not too nasty, course to start on. Just hope it isn't as hot as it was in 2003.
Did the London marathon this year, but have been struggling to motivate myself to run much since then. My training partner has injured her knee, really busy at work, househunting, the heat...the list of excuses goes on and on!
What time are you aiming for? |

Paul - The race starts and finishes in Dartford Park. The Dartford Festival will be on, so there will be plenty to keep your children occupied.
I've entered this race for the last 2 years and would definitely recommend it. |
