I eat tonnes of raisins and eat these bars called '9 bar' which have a combination of seeds and things in. I also eat peanut butter every now and then. Can't say about the health benefits or otherwise but I sure like eating them all and I'm running the Edinburgh Marathon too so think it's a bit late to be assessing my diet now!
Balls, I've just got a gore air top in its packing next to me on the train. I was building up the excitement by not opening it too soon! Not sure I want to open it at all now! It'smy first 'premium' bit of kit too
