Back from a weeks snowboarding where I missed 2 long runs!
Was feeling full of confidence about paris, now less so as todays 9miles felt way harder than it should. I'm sure give it a week or so my form will come back as it's only been a week but I still fell rubbish.
2 bits of good news while I've been gone, had a lovely weeks snowboarding only managing to smack my head on the ground a few times so i'm now back at into the marathon training and ontop of that i'm no longer single!!! Wohoo
