Hi, there is a running club on Tuesday and Thursday at six, from the Village Hotel Coryton, you don't have to be a member, and there a really friendly bunch, they also run one morning over the weekend. I live in Caerphilly, and don't run much here, as I lack motivation, so if anyone is doing short runs, and fancies some company, or knows someone who does, then please get in touch. |
