Hey everyone, I am very nervous about Sunday. what should i be doing now?I am worried I am not prepared
I have my vest and running bottoms 3/4 length but wondering if i should go for my joggers as its going to be wet/cold? Was thinking about my jacket do you think I can wear it round my waist if i get hot? or thinking of getting my friends to wait at 3/4miles so once i'm warm i can take it off & give to them?
What do i need to remember? i'm off work tomorrow to get ready and have a final massage. I've been off training for past 2 weeks with shin splints so have a walk/run pattern set. are there any miles left for Len? i could do 4 or 5?
To pack i'm thinking: jumper & bottoms for after vaseline - do u think i need it under bra straps? tape incase legs hurt spare socks gels jelly beans kit safety pins
are most of you having headphones to listen to music etc on the way round?
