Hi - can I crash this chat? How do I burn fat and build muscle? My BMI is normal, but my fat levels are way too high. I have been walking on my treadie at about 122 HR (I am 53 and female) for approx 40 mins per day for nearly 10 weeks. I haven't lost an ounce of weight and my fat bits are still there. Clothes don't fit any better.
I have been stopped for 14 weeks this time. It has been so easy so far - not one craving (touch wood and all that). Used Zyban and it really does alter summat in the brain so that you feel like I presume a non-smoker feels.
