Yesterday second treadmill run of the week, 6 miles at 123bpm = 77% of MHR.
last 4 mins saw slight increase in HR, but average still where I expect to be at current pace ie 8.05 mm.
DD, nice 10 miler our club is organizing a Handicap 10 mile run next Sunday, I am looking at running at 80% of MHR see what pace it comes out at.
