I will be looking to see less of an effort for the same ish pace, just wondering how low
before it ( HR ) plateaus out and I can add more pace.
Its more of a information gathering rather then a outright training plan. I will use info at a later date and build on it.
Did 5 miles tonight planed 80% MHR, only needed to get up to 78% 126BPM pace of 8.05 secs a mile, with no drift.

Runnerdunc, a friends is thinking of running but has a slight niggle with his hamstring so will leave it to the last min. He wants to know if he can enter on the day ?
