The 5 ish recovery run is not because of the 10 miler, it will be because of all the wine that I am going to drink
3 days of running, PR tomorrow, 10 mile club race , followed by 5 ish recovery,
Running for about 8 years after a 12 year lay off due to a parachute incident that messed up my ankles.
Member of a local running club here in Cardiff.
Local parkruner, times about 21 to 26 mins depending on how I feel. I prefer to run in the evening as the joints have warmed up by then.
My love of running especially fell running goes way back to my school days when I ran x-country and 400m for the school.
Love to run abroad mainly in France.
