I'd like a place if any are still going?  I'd struggle to do the charity thing this time around....

After a week of millions of one leggedy squats, thousands of wobbly bridges, much static pedalling and some weghts, I'm hoping to be able to do some actual outdoor striding this weekend.  I'll give it a sneaky go on the treadmill at the gym tonight and see how my gimpy leg feels.  I won't be making 3k in 11.52 though!!  I'd need two more pairs of legs for that... crikey oreilly!

Managed a hobbly 10m on sunday. My gimpy leg syndrome seems to have swapped sides. Tried running on it tonight and it say noooooooooooo way! I'm sure my sports therapist will blame my glutes though as they seem to be the culprit for all running ailments! I clearly just have a dodgy arse! So buttock excercises for me at the mo. Spiffing - fab start to my training.
