I think you may be right about to much to soon!

I have to remember that I'm not as fit as I once was and that it will takke time to biuld up the miles.

Five months to train....how should I go about it?

I was thinking of three runs a week..
1x3
1x3
1x4
Then each month add 1x mile to the short run and add 2x miles to the long run.

Sound ok?

Is 5 months long enough to get in shape for a half? A few years ago I did lots of running but have done none for a long time.

I did my first run last night and did 3 miles in 35 mins... It was hard! I'm over weight and am dropping the weight slowly, I think this will help!

Think I will be able to get an ok time? I would be happy with 2 hours or so.
