| i felt like that when i ran it a few years ago, i didnt seem to have anything to aim for so i set about trying to get my 10k racing time down under an hour which i managed to do, then i set myself time goals in races most of them came off, try and find something to aim for, or have another look at that much deserved medal again. |

i ran flm in 2003, and said never again, although i enjoyed the run and finished well, the thought of all that training in the winter etc.
in 2004 i watched thinking i am glad i dont have to do that, just concentrating on my 10/15k trail races that i love so much.
in 2005 i watched thinking, all that training that they have to go through what a killer, i couldnt do it again.
in 2006 i watched thinking, i wanna do it, i wanna do it again, cant wait( i have a guaranteed place through the charity i ran for last time) now where did that come from after three years?.
