First time I've run this since 2004. Greatly enjoyed it, I think they flattened that "climb" parallel to the A404 since last time lol. Just wish the start wasn't quite so congested.
I was just thinking the same. I've done this a few times in the past, and thought (from memory) it was normally about 8 quid or so. Why the hyper inflation?
This year will be my first attempt at this one. Was in Hastings yesterday and ran a loop including Harley Shute and Queensway - all doable, but will be looking forward to the second half!
Thanks for that update Claire. The thing I'm interested in is whether it is going to be a "fast" route, or whether it involves (for example) stretches of narrow riverside path where bottlenecks can occur.
