first run for a week due to illness/workload. nipped out after work for a Regent's Park, Primrose Loop, roughly 10k at 5.30m/km @nessie on another forum, someone was looking for a friendly club in the Epping Forest area, so I've sent him to the Orion Harriers...make sure you are as nice as I have promised! |

not my club, but i did a race at the Orion Harriers, who are on the edge of Epping Forest (in chigwell, i think). exceptionally friendly club, all standards welcome. if they are near you, i would try out some of their sessions and then join if it suits you! |

any forumites got a view on the best GPS watch for following a complex route..ie, the best one for inputting a load of waypoints for a trail run and then following the route using the watch (saw someone using one the other day and it seemed to work a treat, but didn't ask what model it was). thanks |

first run for a week due to heavy cold. The club are running the Capital Ring footpath as a relay today so i did Wimbledon Park to Osterley, which came out as 18k at 6m/km. I will also do the final stage this evening, ending at Parliament Hill and the pub! @nessie if i don't remember, good luck at St Albans! |
