Many Thanks for your reply. Im finding some days are harder than others and depending if I get a full nights sleep or not (kids), and as I usually go in lunchtime it also depends how hard my morning has been.
Where did you do the Santa Run. I tried upping the pace on my last run and new I had as my lungs told me so...........
I have looked at some plans in the mag etc but cant understand the jargon used (sounds daft I know), but is there an idiots guide to the terminology used in these articles. I just cant follow when it says pace below race pace, slow pace medium etc fartleks, how does one know what is race pace when you not entered any
Thnaks for the kind words of encouragement. Really looking forward to the run, but the way the course is set out you hit a bottle neck and a few thousand people trying to get through you end up walking that bit. The atmosphere is great and so are the few drinks afterwards
