I've had three pairs of legends and I think they're great. The only problem I've had is occasional toenail loss but they've seen me through marathon training without any problems. I'll be getting another pair next time.
The little picture of me to the right is a good example of how to look BAD when running. I'd like to state the I was running a marathon and was going for comfort over style :)
I like my running kit to look as good as possible. I wouldn't mind looking bad if it were cheap but if I'm going to pay £45 for a pair of shorts and a vest then I'd prefer a bit of thought as to the design/colour scheme to have gone into it.
I quite like a lot of the Nike stuff as it is light, wicking, long-lasting and can look quite good. www.nikewoman.com is worth a look.
more of a tortoise - yes it was! my finest running hour :)
Sadly a couple of weeks later my knee gave way (thankfully after the race) and I've only been running again for the last 3 weeks. Abingdon was fantastic - I hope to go back and do a fast time (4:19:37 last year) and I'd recommend it to anyone. Were you there?
