My Garmin is dead!  Can anyone suggest how I get the battery replaced?

Thanks.

I get this too and it's really common, especially when doing longer runs. As my mileage has increased the problem starts later and later into the run. I try hard to relax my shoulders as a run, I never hold a water bottle and on marathon day I will take some ibuprofen with me in case it gets too uncomfortable. I'm running Brighton too

I give blood and I always time my donations well before any races or runs I'm particularly looking forward to. It takes a bit of organising your diary but it's worth it to be able to do something so very important.

Initially I had a squash ball sized swelling on the ankle bone and a golf ball sized swelling on the top of my foot. They have now gone down but my foot and ankle looks generally puffy.

The purple bruising is all around the the side and bottom of the ankle and along the side of my foot. I also have a small amount of bruising on the inside below my ankle bone. The whole foot is slightly yellow, looks a bit like a pale yellow sock!

I am however really surprised how sturdy it feels.

Thanks mathschick. I do know a good physio so will make an appointment. I was thinking of trying the bike and cross trainer at the gym to see how I get on. It's so frustrating! Good luck with your marathon training
