It's 30 litre, depends on what you want to take but it has enough pockets and also a waterproof cover that is zipped away until needed (another important consideration for carrying a laptop). I also put my laptop in one of those memory foam sleeves for added protection.

I've been running for over 5 years now and started from my time at university where I saw the need to change my lifestyle and set some personal goals. Ever since, running has become part of me; I joined my local club and I love the spirit and enjoyment of each occasion. I run on 6 days a week mixing mornings and evenings, using 5-side as my speed work in the week! I have consistently beaten my half marathon pb each year, most recently 1:25 in Bristol, but marathons have been my weakness especially in my attempt this year with a time approaching 4hrs.
Reason why we should train you: I don't take failure easily, and although my half marathon times show potential to complete a marathon in sub 3hrs, my poor attempt at constructing an effective training plan have left me unable to unlock my ability at this level. I'm determind to break 3hrs and feel that the expert guidance and unique opportunity would be the greatest chance to prove what I can do.
