Hi All Completed Hilton 10k on Saturday in 1hr 23 mins. Pleased with my time as been holding off an injury. Found other runners very friendly, and race organisers helpfull. Not as daunting as I thought it would be. Im now going to crack on with my training and want to complete Hilton half next September Thanks to all who sent advise . Best wishes Elaine |

HI BEEN TRAINING SINCE JANUARY THIS YEAR WITH THE HELP OF A PROGRAMME FROM RUNNERS WORLD I GOT UP TO RUNNING 4 MILES CONTINUES THEN SUFFERED FROM SHINS SPLINT AND HAD TO TAKEIT EASY FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS BUT NOW BACK UP TO 3 MILES AND OK DOING MY FIRST RACE IN SEPTEMBER (BLACKPOOL HILTON 10K) NEED ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO RE REGISTERING IN ON RACE DAY THANKS ELAINE |
