But I am now confused as the RW Marathon email seems to recommend a different plan.  I figured they would be consistent in their recommendation so is one better than the other?

Would anyone recommend a  website with suitable running beads that are compatible with Pandora beads.  I have looked at so many websites for a few hours and now don't know what to think.

I can't seem to find a training schedule out there that would work for my preferred approach - can anyone help? I don't feel i know enough about the relative "training zones" to devise my own. I have a garmin that can assist with the specific paces that are given in some of the more comprehensive training schedules.
