i have some adidas vest types and as much as i love them they cause friction burns on me. someones commented saying it might be that they are too big? i have them in the smallest size possible and they are snug fitting!

i wear the nike or adidad short sleeved shirts instead for running now, they are great for runs. no burns since i have been wearing those

i didnt intend to start a personal goal, it just ended up that way after all the training...

my next run is in 2 monthes, not a charity run either, its one of four runs for the preston guild (5k, 10k, half marathon and a 10 mile) . hoping the weather isnt goign to be as hot as today!

i always enter race for life, i havent had cancer myself but i lost a good friend to it last year, another friend died of cancer two days ago, so it means alot to me doing those ones.

the part of the park it was in ive never been in before, not many flat runs but lots of hilly runs.

been thinking it over since this morning, i thought of it as a failure but failing is giving up. i did not give up. could have, but im not a quitter and never will be.
