WP - Give yourself a week and you will be straining at the leash ready to bring down your mara pb and conquer the beast. My bet is comfortably under 3:45 in Rotterdam and even finishing your race with the running shorts you meant to bring over with you!
I wore them initially around the house for an hour or two per day for ca 2 weeks. Then started wearing them outside for walks for a couple of hours at weekend and then used them all day for walking around at weekend. But jumped straight in and did 12km run without running before. Not sure the wisest thing and can feel one or two muscles still from Friday but in a good sense.
