I am looking for a bit of guidance if possible. I am using running as a means to help me lose some weight. I did run for a while a few years ago but injuries and parenthood reduced my time.
I am now slowly building my running back up but wanted to know of any supplements anyone may take that have proved useful in helping to shed any weight. i am looking at daily sorts to fit in around improved lifestyle and eating.
I'm someone who originally started running a few years ago to combat anxiety and depression.
In the last 12 months i've fallen by the way side and unfortunately gained weight in the process. I am due to be a first time dad in September and I want to get back into my running ways. I went out a few nights ago to do a few miles and it was nothing short of a disaster.
How have others handled getting back into running after a break? Particularly if you are looking to drop a bit of weight as well...
