i only have one thing left to buy for a complete home gym now and thats a 25 meter swimming pool (but the lads 5ft paddling pool will have to do lol)

ive got my new treadmill trainners and am giving it a try to see how long they last and yes they defo stay clean,

i was happy with the time of 7 hours 31 min since i only had 4 weeks training due to illnes / injury

iam new to treadmils so i will get a new pair of shoes and give it ago

i always run out doors, i did a 42 mile ultra on sat and my wife brought me a treadmil as a prezzie when i finished,

so do i have one pair of shoes for treadmil and my normal 2 pairs for the road?

iam just woundering about shoe replacement for running on a treadmil is it the same as for road running every 300 - 400 mile or whould they last longer?
