Info on the shoe below

An update of an already successful and high performing shoe. The materials of the upper have been improved and the technology in the bottom of the shoe has been maintained for a shoe that brings more to the table, while paying homage to what made it great in the first place.
These shoes deliver high stability through solutions that reduce the rate of pronation, and also ensure both comfort and cushioning. This is the go-to shoe for the over-pronator. It has the contoured fit of a NuFoam saddle, a larger ABZORB crash pad and a T-BEAM TPU shank that offers enhanced torsional stability. These shoes are designed to provide s light, smooth, stable run.
ABZORB is a superior blend of cushioning and compression, made with isoprene rubber, to provide the ultimate ride.
T_BEAM is a lightweight, flexible TPU shank engineered to deliver optimum torsional stability and arch support through a unique centre beam design.
The shoe also features a 12mm drop, FF blown rubber outsole and breathable air mesh in the upper.

Hi
I have been training pretty hard over winter looking for a sub 5 hr for VLM .
This is my first ever and last marathon as only been running for just over a year managed to get my training up to 23 miles 3 weeks ago but have suffered for it since with colds a knee injury and i am presently sat suffering with cold as I type this.
I must admit its been a journey with all the ups and downs that come with training for a marathon until you have tried it you can't appreciate what you put your body through .
So all being well when I get over that finish line in just over a week it will be the biggest achievement of my life and a great story to tell the grand kids :0)

Good luck everyone

I was told by my physio to keep the miles low so I'm only doing 5 milers on flat no hills with ice and heat on my knee after the runs also steady biking as all my major runs are done now . My knee doesnt feel to bad when I run glad i havent got it as bad as some of the storys i have read. i am booked in for a sports massage which will help also I am just trying to keep my fitness now . After London taking a while off for it to heal as think I will be bad by the end
