Hey, is there anywhere that provides Gait Analysis assessment in Belfast or NI?
Did mine in Up and Running years ago, but they require you to buy trainers immediately afterwards... so looking around for the best places doing this service.
I did better than predicted, got 4:14 on the dot (as opposed to hoping for
4:15). Thrilled with that!
Paul, you're right, we aren't far from each others finishing time! Thinking back I might have passed you at the end of the tow path (not the cycle path by the coast, but the actual tow path before ormeau park gates). Might not have been you, memory is vague in the last spell of the race!
