I've always run holding a water bottle but I'm getting pain in my arm.  I want to get a belt as I already run with my iphone in a SPI belt which I am used to and feel comfortable with.  I also don't want a camelbak or other rucksack because they make me hunch my shoulders no matter how hard I try not to!

Which one do i get?  My main requirements are; minimal bounce, about 500ml capacity, and I'm a UK 6-8 so unless its pretty adjustable a one size fits all isn't going to work for me.

Myself and 2 of my larger chested running buddies (30H, 34E and 32DD) all wear 2! A shock absorber and a nike victory sports bra over the top, I came up with this solution and once they tried it they never looked back.  Sounds really uncomfortable but its not, give it a go.

Go for a SPI belt, my arms are too small for anything on the market and although I don't know if its sold as waterproof it has kept my iphone dry through 2 british winters and the summer inbetween!  There's zero wobble as well, which is something I worried about when it was suggested.
