| Took it easy on Monday and Tuesday then rode to and from work on Wednesday at a slow pace then back up to full speed on Thursday, actually did my fastest time from work on Thursday. Just want to get out running now but have a lot of overtime this weekend so I'll probably be out Monday afternoon for a 5-7 mile run. |

Did my LSR yesterday with a couple of friends, one of which is racing this year with me.
7.5 miles in 1 hour 12 minutes which felt very easy, and must of been because I do not ache at all today.
Might start those cold baths after my LSR's and speed work just to make sure I don't get injured.
Hope you all enjoyed the cool weather yesterday and that you are all resting well today. |

You could try Aria.com, they always have mini mp3 players with radios.
I have a 256mb mp3 and that is fine for the treadmill but would not use it outdoors as I prefer to stay alert. I know so many people who have been hit either running or on a bike while listening to music. And they wonder why? |

With regards to the $230 unit from the states I had a look at one and emailed them about delivery costs and taxes and received a reply stating $30 delivery and they would gift wrap the unit so as not to incur taxes.
Very friendly, the guy said "don't worry we'll help you out".
Just trying to decide what unit to go for. |
