Hope to do Magherafelt on Saturday, but doing a charity 5K Thursday, so we'll see how it goes!

Looking forward to Larne (version 2) and summer, at least it will be warmer and wet then.

Can't say I'm sorry (though sorry for Larne AC) - I was going for a time, and it wasn't going to happen in that weather!

Weather was 'minging' today. Went out just before lunchtime, light rain, which quickly turned to heavy rain, lots of big puddles, and around some of the paths I was on muddy puddles too. At least it wasn't too windy. That's my LR sorted for the week (13 miles).

I found Running Fitness has much more editorial, a lot more reading and it's cheaper.
