Yeah, it has been great to be honest. Been fortunate to live and work in some great places. I was a little bored in South Shields, having lived therefor 28 years.

JB74, yes I relocating through work. I am originally from the North East and had never intended to move around, it sort of just happened. I was give an opportunity to move to Brighton a couple of years ago so took it and have loved it but now keen to move back North.

Edinburgh gives me the benefit of living in a great city and it's closer to family and friends etc. Hopefully, this is the final move but who knows!!

Cheers Tricky Dicky. Been running around a month and completed 5k in 26.35 at the weekend so pleased with progress. Will keep chipping away (once my knee injury has disappeared!).

I do like a good can of Irn Bru, and what's this about good weather? I thought it always rained in Scotland

Yeah, I live in Brighton at the moment so I know very well how much of a trek it is.  I am moving up to Edinburgh in June so the travel to the run will be much more palatable!

Always wanted to travel down to Margate, it must be a nice place to live.  I have visited Canterbury and Whitstable.  Both lovely places.
