Does anyone know where I can find a running t-shirt (long or short sleeve) that has pockets (decent size to carry an asthma pump and a couple of gels)? I can't seem to find anything online. The closest I've found is a cycling jersey with pockets on the back, which is not ideal.
I will be running the Edinburgh marathon at the end of May and aim to start my training plan in the new year. I’m aiming for a sub 3:30 marathon (having previously run a 3:39 carrying an ankle injury and off 9 weeks of training).
I would be grateful for some tips on weight training, and how this could help with marathon training. Is there any specific exercises I should be doing? I intend on attending 2 circuit training classes per week as part of my marathon training.
