Well done Lilytoo - 4 seconds off sounds like  a well paced run

On hols last week, nr Whitby. 5 days of running up and down a lot. All watch free and easy. Lovely.

First run when back, 8 miles of sunshine over Cotswolds. Will hit some intervals tomorrow but have enjoyed just enjoying the scenery and jogging for a week!

CP - don't sweat it, just take it easy before your race, and good luck for it!

I'm feeling sluggish still, 4 weeks after mara

Did 4.5 miles this morning with middle 2 at target HM pace. Breathing okay but legs feel heavy and I seem tyo have no kick in my form at the minute...

Good weekend's running all

Well done Redjeep - great work!

Sat - Parkrun PB of 20:17. Not able to do another for a few weeks but then that 20 minute barrier is mine!

Sun - 7miles with Brother and Father-in-Law. Taking in two river routes and getting charged by sheep. What Sunday running is all about.

Mon: Hard pyrimid workout: 200m,400m,800m,400m,200m x 2 @ 6:18 with 30sec recoveries. Knackering!

Chin chin,
