Well done Lilytoo - 4 seconds off sounds like a well paced run On hols last week, nr Whitby. 5 days of running up and down a lot. All watch free and easy. Lovely. First run when back, 8 miles of sunshine over Cotswolds. Will hit some intervals tomorrow but have enjoyed just enjoying the scenery and jogging for a week! D |

Breathing okay but legs feel heavy and I seem tyo have no kick in my form at the minute... Good weekend's running all D |
