Hi all, need some advice on my training schedule.
Mon - rest
Tues - gym - 5 mile intervals on treadmill = 500 mtrs @ 10kph then 500 mtrs @ 14kph
- Squats - 4 sets x 15 reps up to 30 kg.
- kettlebell swings - 3 sets x 15 reps
Wed - 8mile tempo run
Thurs - SAME AS TUESDAY ( GYM )
Fri - rest day
Sat - rest day
Sunday - long run ( between 10 - 14 miles )
Is there anything I can improve or change things ? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
