How do I do that?
Is there am easy way to work out my heart rate zones?
I've just purchased a Garmin Forerunner 210 with HRM and want to know how I can set my rates for training.
I've since seen that iSmoothRun actually exports to Garmin on its own. I've used that tomit port all my runs and the RunKeeper/Garmin sync service online does the rest.
I have been logging all my runs with iSmoothRun exporting to Nike/RunKeeper for the last year
I just purchased a Garmin Forerunner 210 and now have a Garmin Connect account.
Is there any way I can export from the other services and put my data INTO Garmin?
