I have had some problems with a right calf for ages but that seems to have been sorted. I have Hoka One One Cliftons which I've used before however W every now and again I am in pain when I run. Wednesday's run I was fine but Friday's run was a different story. Almost at the start of the run I had calf pain and then pain in my arches. Occasionally this would move to the balls of my feet and near the end of the run seemed to alternate between foot to foot. At the end of the run my left foot was rather numb. Is this PF? What's the best thing to do? Get some inserts? Have my running reassess and get new shoes? I've been looking at exercises too but want to be sure before doing any damage.
