I have been running for a couple of years but have had problems recently with my calves and shins (some of which I equate to my shoes which are being replaced).
I have never been very supple but have started doing daily yoga exercises (10 - 15 minutes each day) to help.
This is doing some good but I think that some other form of exercise would help and am considering a cross trainer/exercise bike combo.
Is this a good idea?
Can anyone recommend any good ones?
I am considering the Roger Black Golf Magnetic Cross Trainer and Exercise Bike. Any comments? http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3358742.htm
ive noticed that my knees are a little tight after running.
If I lay out on the sofa or sit still, when I move I get a click in my left knee.
a home have any advice what may be the cause or how I could help solve this?
