Morning All.

I think I know the lyrics.

Gobi I also have to get up at 5am, but only on early shifts to run into work. Must admit I also get up at 7am even on my days off.

Lovely to read your good news NN.

3.5 miles into work at 7am and another 3.5 miles again this afternoon. Easy day today.

Good Runnings everybody.

Good racing Gobi and RFJ from Gosport.

Sounds like a good old fashioned cross country course there FL.
