| Hi, I am interested in doing this. The site is pretty comprehensive, so well done on that. The only thing I couldn't find was previous results. Are the results of previous years avaliable? | |

Hi,
Due to a hamstring injury my marathon training was interuppted during the critical few weeks a couple of months before race day. The race is on the 18th April (Brighton) and I feel I should run another 20 miler this weekend which is only 14 days before race day. Do you think this is too close to the marathon to actually have any training benefit? Am I likely to still feel it in my legs come race day? I have enclosed my last 3 months training and have been a runner for around 12 years completing 12 marathons during that time. My weekly total mailage prior to the injury (which lasted between 20th Jan to 13th Feb) was around 50 miles.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
