All looking for a bit of advice. I ran last night and felt great afterwards. My problem is tonight is the only time i can go for a run over the next few days. I have collage tomorrow and working 12 hour shifts Sunday to Wednesday. Is it too soon to go again tonight?
Hi all it looks like i am in the same boat as a lot of you. I ran a couple of halfs my pb was 2.05. Then i just stopped. At the moment im doing 12 hour shifts and doing a masters degree part time. I am finding it really hard to get out but i feel i need it just to clear my head. I have ordered a new pair of runners and really need some motivation to get me out of the house.
Not sure what my goal should be. Its been about 2 years since i ran any decent distance so i suppose my short term goal should be to run 30 mins non stop then gradually build it up.
