These posts have been so comforting to read, having just finished my 4th bowl of porridge I was starting to think something was wrong... Lol but no, I just love porridge a lot!! Good to know there are others like me!!
My main trainer is the asics 33 excel, from the 33 range with the hyper, lyte and excel.
They are a natural shoe, which I have found work really well with me... having come back from stress fracture I had orthotics made. So the mix of the orthotic and these natural running shoes really work.
I am wanting to add a lighter shoe along side the excel 33, I was thinking the safest thing would be to stay in this range which seems to work with me.
So I am wondering, has anyone tried the lyte or the hyper 33?? If so, would you recommend using either for my interval and track work and keeping the excel as my mileage trainer?
I stubbed my toe into a door on Tuesday and x ray shows it to be broken. Does anyone have any advice with regards to running? The doctor said I shouldnt really run, but if i have to it wont really affect the healing process, it will just be very sore.
This is very frustrating! If anyone has broken their baby toe before could you please tell me how long it took before you were able to run again?
