Well I could do the same as before, but that would not make any sense because I would be resting for longer 2 or 3 minutes? Im going to do sprints tomorrow but I have no idea when to stop sprinting, I wont know when to quit, if im not given a set time that I should have finished the workout by.
When Im walking, nobody will speak to me, But when I run, rarely I get spoken to but it happens, I get the odd comments from random people sometimes, I dont even know them,
its like the other day I was running at a faster pace (for me) for 1 min then resting for 1 min, as I was approuching there was 2 people ahead of me, the one on the left call him A looked back, and so did the one on the right B, but A just carried on walking, while B looked back at me while he was walking with A and said as I ran past ''Your going to fast.. slow down'' why did he feel the need to say that to me, I just carried on running as when I go running all I am bothered about is getting my Run Done. not what some random person might say.. but if I was walking and somebody was to say something to me.. that might be bad.. obviously im not going to stand there and take it.. but when I run its a different story.. I just dont get why people make comments sometimes, when you run.. but never when you are walking?
If I am a following a fitness Programme and run 5 times a week, is it ok If I go Swimming on the same day that I Run (and Workout) Im following an Army fitness programme, or is it too much exercize? I need to lose weight & get fit
Im 20 years old, Im overweight, (have a underactive thyroid & Plus years of eating bad food) I have been following an Army fitness programme, since I have always wanted to join the Army, but I dont plan on joining until I have lost my weight.. I weigh about 15 stone the last time I checked.
So what do you guys eat as runners? when you go to the supermarket.. do you shop in every isle or just the ones that sell green stuff? I know I need to change my diet because Im 20 now, and I want to sign up as soon as possible so hopefully If I changed my diet & combined this with exercize I would see the results right? I hope
at the moment, I have tried to stop eating all bad food ''inside my house'' and to try and bring new healthy options for me to have.. I just hope it pays off.. when Im outside of my house its a lot harder, when you are hungry because of the ammount of fast food places, that offer a quick fix.. and something nice to taste, healthy people what do you eat when outside? do you never eat anything bad? and if you can, can you recrommend some meals that I could have or make.. from supermarkets like tesco that are good for me.
