Will be getting back into a stricter training program this week after being very slack for the last couple of months - hopefully daughters will cooperate by sleeping thorugh the night as between the three of them we have been woken up 3/4 times a week for the last couple of months
Also must get back to the doctors for another thyroid test as at last check up they were concerned that it was underactive and there is a history of underactive thyroid in the family.
Hope fully if can get this sorted and some undisturbed sleep I might find a bit more enthusiasm to get up and out for the morning runs again. I know once I am up and out I will enjoy it. I will hold off posting miles till later as wouldn't want to drag the average down too much.
